The WBA Institute aims to train and place the top 5% of blockchain engineers into roles. It is a competitive program but we do not discourage anyone from applying.

There are a ton of resources available to beginners. Feel free to apply and we will help you begin your journey.

Currently offering program focused on Rust & CosmWasm, Solana Native Rust & Anchor, with the Move language on the roadmap.

We aim to place 80% of the cadets we certify.

You will be building while on program. In order to be eligible for certification you will be expected to propose, build & defend an MVP of a real Web3 project. We are different.

Admission will be on an individual basis but we encourage teams to apply and work together.

You will get out of this program what you put in. The more time digging into the resources provided and collaborating with your colleagues the better of you will be. You will be required to attend 5 hours of live classroom each week for 8 weeks.
